On September 7, 2013, the Village Improvement Association (VIA) sponsored a plunge into the ocean at 1:00 PM for a great cause to benefit the Rehoboth Beach Lifeguard Beach Patrol and the renovation of the Village Improvement Association (VIA) Clubhouse. The festivities ran from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Grenoble Place and the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk with Games, Food, Face Painting, etc. It was a fun afternoon!
